It's blood curdling, but I wonder whether it is Cheney by himself or who are behind him in this strategy that, if eventually arrived at, would mean a Presidency for life of George W. Bush.
I for one don't believe individual persons have clout enough in the US to decide by themselves on matters of such an importance.
